Customer Service Representative

Our transformative logistics client is setting the standard for forward thinking solutions to deliver the highest level of value add to their customers. This company supports services like e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing and distribution, with transportation management. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Pay: $19/hour
Location: Des Moines, IA - 100% on site
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm - 12am
Occasional overtime and Saturdays required

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email with questions and concerns
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues
  • Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
