Whole Child Behavioral Interventions, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team in the Hillsorough/Durham/Raleigh NC area. If you are unhappy or underappreciated at your current company, and are seeking a change, we would love to talk with you.

Whole Child Behavioral Interventions, Inc. is a small, but growing Behavioral Therapy company in NC. We have been in business for 10 years and are an established and respected company in the area. We set ourselves apart from the typical Behavior Analysis Company by only hiring highly qualified therapists and providing those therapists with the support and respect that they deserve. All of our therapists are registered with the BACB and have at least a few years of experience in ABA. We are looking for a BCBA who can work collabratively with a small group of professionals to make a significant difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

We are looking for BCBA with at least a few years of experience who is willing to work closely with a small group of professionals to provide quality Behavioral Services to families in need. We are looking for an individual who is self motivated and driven to grow professionally. We provide ABA services for children in home, school, preschool, community, and in the clinic. We are in search of a BCBA who enjoys working directly with families and staff and is willing and able to provide hands on guidance.

Our services are child and family centered and require therapists to be active and involved. We need a BCBA who is a fast thinker and can use their environment to help facilitate learning. Our company provides in home services to clients, using Natural Environment Training and Verbal Behavior. We use Discreet Trail training minimally, if at all. Our ideal candidate would have experience working in the home setting using NET and VB.

BCBA's will be able to set their own schedules (22 billable hours required per week or 90 average over the month).

Salary Range io 80,000 to 100,000 a year plus health care insurance reimbursement, access to 401K (with 3% company match), paid time off, and more. Salary will be based on applicants level of education and experience. In addition we are offering a $2500.00 sign on bonus to the right candidate.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
