Daycare Assistant Director Huntersville $750 Hiring Bonus!

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Assistant Director for its NC 4-star preschool in Huntersville. No nights or weekends, and a consistent work schedule. We are hiring immediately and would love to meet you. We are also offering a $750 hiring bonus! Pay range: $17-$19 per hour, based on experience, education, and credentials.

Daycare Assistant Director Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of our childcare center and ensure that local, state, and federal childcare requirements are met.

Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally appropriate play and classroom environments.

Provide informative tours to families looking into suitable childcare options.

Perform administrative duties, enrollment, and tours; maintain staff and child files, state licensing maintenance, and regulation/policy compliance.

Assist in the classroom as needed.

Requirements

EDU119 or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field required.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in licensed childcare management required

$750 sign-on bonus will be dispensed as follows: $375 upon starting, remaining $375 after 90 days. Applicant must begin employment within 60 days to qualify for hiring bonus.
