Clearance Requirement: Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment
Location: Camp Lejeune, NC
Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project may last up to 12 months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.
Pay Rate Range: $30/hr
Project Description: Monitor Enterprise Network unclassified and classified networks email, voice, and official message traffic.
Perform Tier 1 First Contact Resolution and after-hours
Regional Service Desk (RSD) support to include routine checks of network, ongoing maintenance, and operational support status.
Inform the Senior Watch Officer of any service degradations or outages.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.
Open and close tickets.
Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.
Requirements:
Must work onsite in Camp Lejeune, NC
An active DOD issued Secret Security Clearance
CompTIA Security + Certification
3 years of customer services experience in an IT environment
2 years of IT ticketing system experience
