Job description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a manufacturer who is looking for a Quality Test Technician to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity, working 2 nd shift hours. The position will require employees train on 1 st shift for a few months before transitioning to 2 nd shift .

Responsibilities:

• Quality Test Technician will inspect and test equipment at initial and in process and final stages of the manufacturing process
• Test Tech will document quality activities and ensure quality compliance is followed
• Test Tech will review quality procedures and work with Quality Assurance to implement new quality processes
• Test Tech will work with a team to resolve corrective action items and assist to identify any area of process improvement

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 1 year quality and electrical testing experience, 2+ years' preferred
• Candidates must be able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics
• Candidates must have previous experience testing and validating electrical equipment and raw materials
• Candidates must 20/20 correctable near-sighted vision in both eyes
• Candidates must be computer savvy
• Candidates must be able to work independently and have good written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, electronics degree is a plus
