JGASS II Operations Coordinator Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Outside Continental US The Opportunity: Serve as the Operations Coordinator for the JGASS Contract Program Management Office where you will supervise PMO employees, oversee PMO functions, provide critical staff support actions, and ensure deliverables are both on time and completed to standard. Supports the Program Manager, as required. The candidate will be required to work in a dynamic, and fast paced Joint Special Operations environment that requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage and coordinate efforts. The candidate must be experienced briefing and working with senior leadership in the contract and customer environment. The successful candidate must have experience in personnel supervision and coordination with external organizations. Responsibilities: Manages the coordination between operational support and the control/monitoring support processes.
Manages the interface between the CACI Program Management Team and the subcontract recruiting management teams.
Ensures the Programs recruiting guidance and program goals are synchronized across the entirety of the program team.
Leads the development of PMO Plans, policies and functions including defining measurable milestones and decision gates, and updates plans throughout the process, and coordinates, and leads contractual meetings.
Develops processes and facilitates onboarding of all program personnel to the Program and Customer Site.
Collaborates with the PM, DPM, and Operations Manager to ensure staffing remains above contractually mandated minimum staffing requirements.
Manages the backfill pipeline of qualified candidates; ensuring no gaps in coverage when a vacancy occurs.
Implements risk management processes to identify, analyze, assess, and mitigate staffing risks and integrating feedback to implement best practices and program efficiencies.
Given the 24/7, 364 nature of this Joint Special Operations customer, this is a full-time, salaried position, with an expectation of dedication to task completion rather than set hours. Required Qualifications: Current Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 5 years prior experience as a manager on a client-facing programs. In lieu of a degree, 9 or more years of relevant experience may suffice.
A combination of more than 8 years of experience working on Operations, Staff and Planning functions; and or PMO/Project Management Teams
Experience supporting Department of Defense Organizations. Desired qualifications The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
A Project Management Professional certification
Military Experience and experience severing in or supporting Joint Special Operations Forces

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
