Title: Patient Care Technician (PCT)

• Contract Duration: 12 Weeks
• Pay range: $28 - 29/hr
• Work: Onsite, Day shift

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dialysis patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Assist with patient setup, monitoring, and treatment procedures.
• Observe and document patient vital signs and treatment responses.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training (if any) are required.
• Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values, and customer service standards.
• 1 year of Dialysis Patient Care Technician experience in the last 2 years is required.
