We are looking for a (Senior) Manager Strategic Projects (m/f/d) to join our team. This position is limited to 2 years.

Responsibilities:
Manages and drives high value strategic projects for the CALID group on a national and international top management level from conception phase to implementation

Conduct in-depth analyses, identifying root causes and develop solutions in close collaboration with cross functional teams and business leaders

Acts as a business partner to the functional areas and supports their project management effort

Take over responsibility for the delivery of own cross-functional projects

Develops and maintains an overview of strategic initiatives and the resulting "project pipeline" creating an overview of interdependencies among strategic projects

Prepare top management presentations and moderate management meetings

Part of the M&A and Business Development (Strategy) team, driving the transformation of a life sciences tools and diagnostics leading company

Qualifications:
Degree in business administration (Bachelor / Master/ Diploma) or similar specialization

At least 3 - 6 years professional experience in a renowned consulting company with focus on the MedTech/Life Science/Microbiology & Diagnostics industry or in a comparable position in an international company

Hands-on experience of managing complex projects in the fields of strategy development and implementation and business transformation

Experience in Post Merger Integration (PMI) projects and/or exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) would be an advantage

Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management topics in the life science industry would be beneficial

Strategic and business-oriented mind-set

Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual skills

Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity and "out-of-the-box" thinking

Driven individual, who has demonstrated working effectively in an international environment and bringing teamwork skills

Fluent English skills required, German speaking may be an advantage
