Position Overview:

As a Regional Sales Director, you'll play a key role in driving ProAct's growth in your assigned territory by building broker and TPA relationships, expanding employer verticals, and leading sales efforts to secure at least 20,000 new members annually. You'll represent ProAct at industry conferences, finalist meetings, and throughout the proposal process, all while carrying the pride of being part of an employee-owned company.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

-Territory Development: Establish and expand a pipeline of employer prospects by building strong broker and TPA partnerships and through cold calls, direct mail, and digital outreach.

-Sales Leadership: Drive all sales initiatives, including managing proposals, contracts, plan sponsor negotiations, and collaborating with account management for successful implementations.

Client Success: Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by maintaining communication and support throughout the account lifecycle.

Strategic Planning: Develop a business plan to exceed annual sales goals, coordinating with ProAct's marketing team to increase prospective client engagement.

Team Collaboration: Partner with account management on renewal processes and contribute insights at company sales meetings to further organizational growth.

Qualifications:
What You'll Bring:

Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the PBM, healthcare, or managed care industries, including trends, pricing models, and sales processes.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals, build client relationships, and offer tailored solutions that drive results.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the power to influence decision-makers and build lasting partnerships.

Leadership: A natural leader who inspires others, fosters teamwork, and is driven to meet and exceed goals.

What You Need:

Bachelor's Degree (required); MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in sales or account management in the PBM, healthcare, or insurance sectors preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Ability to adapt to changing business needs, prioritize tasks, and thrive under pressure.
