Overview
Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then you may have found your next career move. We're looking for a night time Dispatcher to join our team and help connect America. Hours will be 8pm - 7am, Wednesday - Saturday. This positions will Dispatchers provide comprehensive administrative duties in support of the company's Dispatch function. A successful Dispatcher shall communicate with field workers, customers, and homeowners, providing information necessary to complete the field work. This includes but is not limited to providing support with troubleshooting, providing "as-builds", directions to a location, and plant fiber information.
The Dispatcher will receive close-out information from the field and input the work information into various databases to fully close out each location. Efficiency and accuracy in transferring this information into databases are paramount for a Dispatcher's success.
What you'll do
Completion of high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project
Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project
Maintain and update various databases
Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project
Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project
Additional duties as assigned

Who we are looking for
2 years of related work experience
Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
Ability to work flexible schedule and be part of an on-call rotation
Primary shift will be 8pm - 7am Wednesday - Saturday
Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written
Work safely, with or without supervision
Read, understand, interpret, input and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness
Excellent manual dexterity
Ability to organize workload to determine priority of duties
Communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed
Function effectively in a high-stress situation
