Job Summary

Qualified candicate will be responsible for managing various reports that keep truck of produt status. Gathering and necessary top and maintain various reports, graphs . and charts. Auditing, typing, copyng, distributing, and filling various reports, graphs, charts, memorandums, letters, etc. for various members of plant mananagement. Assisting in the documentation of product specification an priority meetings. Additional duties as assigned by management or other designated support staff.

Essential Funcitions:

Complete production reports daily / weekly; creating daily, weekly, monthly charts, graphs, and reports.

Work directly with all supervisors on document control requirements as needed.

Maintain all BRC, Animal Welfare, CAR records and all audits.

Understanding and assist in Sr. Staff member supporting documents for auditing and regulatory requirements.

Maintain preparedness and written reporting for Sr. Staff and key plant meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, NWA

elf-Motivated Team player

Strong Analytical skills with desire to understand the food business.

Flexible work schedule that includes weekends

Education and Experience

High school diploma

Prefer 1 -3 years of experience in a clerical role or equivalent manufacturing experience.
