Position Highlights:
About the Opportunity:

Provide leadership and direction to a network of 9 convenient care clinics.

Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to ensure high-quality patient care.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing and directing a team of healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with a seasoned Operations Director to ensure efficient clinic operations and quality patient care.

Implement and maintain clinical protocols and standards to uphold the highest level of patient care.

Monitor and improve patient care standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics.

Engage in patient care as needed, providing direct medical services when required.

Foster a collaborative work environment that emphasizes professional development, teamwork, and a culture of safety.

Dedicated administrative time and clinical practice allowing for a unique blend of hands-on patient care and strategic leadership.

Qualifications:
Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine residency; board certified.

Healthcare executive experience with solid managerial background - prefer 3+ years and Master's degree.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and constituencies.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to articulate a vision and inspire others to achieve results.

High EQ, relatable to a wide variety of audiences, able to navigate organizational hierarchies.

Role model clinical performance regarding documentation, productivity, outlook, work ethic, etc.

Clean background, unrestricted NC medical licensure, NC DEA and ACLS certification.
