Overview SilverEdge is a premier provider of innovative cyber, software and intelligence solutions addressing everyday challenges to meet mission goals across the DOD and Intel Communities and beyond. We are seeking candidates to provide Open-Source Intelligence Policy Subject Matter Expert (OSINT Policy SME) to assist USSOCOM in executing the approved OSINT Enterprise Strategy, including assembling initial recommendations for the USSOCOM's OSINT guidance documents; maintaining awareness of OSINT-related policy, regulation, and guidance; developing, maintaining, and updating the web-based OSINT Mission Management portals; and managing the OSINT partnerships and engagement strategy. Responsibilities Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an OSINT analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
High level of proficiency in the open-source intelligence discipline and, subsequently, the intelligence cycle.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and SharePoint. Advanced experience and understanding in include but are not limited to Commercially Acquired Information (CAI), Collateral Telemetry Data (CTD), and Security Classification Guidance.
Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
