The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal development process for technology consulting services bids. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Proposal Manager will ensure that all proposals are compliant, compelling, and tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

What You'll Do:

Lead the proposal development process from initial RFP/RFI analysis to final submission.

Create RFP outlines, including page allocation, based on weight of evaluation criteria.

Collaborate with sales, technical, delivery, financial and subject matter experts to gather necessary information and develop proposal content. Ensure win strategy, compliance, and customer understanding are in the final proposal documents.

Develop and maintain proposal templates and reusable content, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards.

Write, edit, and format proposal content to create clear, concise, and persuasive documents. Interface with Solution Directors, Account Leads, and Solution Architects to ensure consistency, concurrency, and accuracy of messages throughout the proposal.

Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely submission.

Conduct quality reviews of proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate proposal review meetings and debriefs.

Maintain a repository of proposal content and best practices for future use.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance proposal strategies.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management or technical writing, preferably in the technology consulting industry.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Experience leading proposals valued at more than $5 million for a single award

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience with video, graphics and data visualization content.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Ability to work independently and as a team leader.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

APMP certification or equivalent.

Knowledge of common technology consulting services and solutions.

Pay Transparency: The pay range listed above is the typical base salary range for this role across the U.S. This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive plan. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid holidays, open paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, mobile phone reimbursement and wellness reimbursement.
