Title: B2C Inside Sales Representative (on-site)

The Inside Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle, this includes scheduling appointments, online product presentations, generating leads, and following up on customer needs. This is a junior level position with a salary expectation of 50K/yr.

Work alongside sales team associates to prospect and grow new business
Develop strong customer and partner relationships with customers via email, phone and in-person meetings during bi-annual shows.
Prospect new accounts and grow customer base.
Cold call potential customers for sales team, and coordinate introductions and meetings with appropriate salesperson.
Support customer service when needed.
Assist internal departments in order fulfillment (customer service, sample-making, shipping, and accounting).
Handle customer complaints and collaborate with quality and manufacturing department to resolve problems.
Attend sales meetings to exchange ideas and methods that support sales goals and other company objectives.
Provide market-based feedback regarding new product and sales opportunities.
Represent the company twice per year at trade shows (or as needed) to maintain customer relations, market new products, and establish new relationships.
Assist customer service entering market sample orders when needed.
Strong work ethic and passion for a career in sales.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Very organized.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred (but not required); preferably in Business, Marketing, or Textiles.
2-5 years inside sales/customer service experience, retail furniture, bedding, fabric or similar desired
