Overview Novant Health Wound Care Clinic - Salisbury seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse The Licensed Practical Nurse Provides nursing care to assigned patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides leadership in achieving standards of care, collaborating with physician providers and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with the current policies and procedures. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program. Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred. Chronic wound care experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required. Wound Care certification within two years of hire, required. Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
