Overview:

The Staff Sonographer is responsible for conducting diagnostic ultrasound examinations within the sonography department. This role involves performing high quality imaging studies, ensuring accurate interpretation, and maintaining patient safety. The Staff Sonographer must adhere to departmental protocols, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and provide excellent patient care.

Full-Time (40 hours weekly)

Qualifications
1-2 years experience as an Ultrasound Sonographer
Vascular and breast imaging experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independent
Successful completion of a accredited Ultrasonography program
ARDMS certification required

Responsibilities:

Perform various diagnostic ultrasound examinations within the scope of practice, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.

• Produce high-quality images for accurate diagnosis and interpretation.

• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation and timely delivery of imaging results.
