Job description

Activities: Manage day to day transactions, staffing and tooling to promote maximum asset utilization. Work with customers to identify and solve their challenges. Create repair estimates, turn-times, and other customer commitments. Oversee timely and accurate invoice processing, employee time posting and reviews, parts orders, service letter completions, quotes, and customer follow-up. Schedule and dispatch technicians to ensure smooth and timely service. Document and report activities. Maintain shop, tools, and equipment. Promote a clean and safe environment. Make warranty and goodwill decisions. Requirements: Installation, maintenance and repair of machine tools experience. 3+ years of supervisory track record.
