Overview:
Responsible for all payer analytics and data regarding NHMG payer compensation sources - including fee for service and population health incentive programs. Ability to provide effective analytical, communication and organizational skills within a matrix environment. The senior analyst works closely with leadership to understand current and future data needs and is required to solve complex issues. The senior analyst serves as a subject matter expert of the operational data and analytic processes and will summarize data for actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.

Experience: Five years Finance, managed care analytics or business office experience. Extensive knowledge of managed care reimbursement methodologies, preferred.

Additional Skills (required):Extensive knowledge of Excel and its formulas along with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to use computer applications for project and database management.

Recognized ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with customers (i.e., physicians, administrative staff, management, managed care, and third-party provider relations).

Ability to effectively gather data from various sources for reporting and analysis.

Ability to streamline and automate processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Ability to coordinate interdepartmental activities, balances multiple priorities, and ensures quality standards.

Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills (preferred):Detail and process oriented with focus on efficiency.

Experience with electronic health records and practice management system.
