ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Vendor invoice processing, statement reconciliation, and other accounts payable functions

• Daily interaction with Vendors, Project Management, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Billing, Purchasing, and other departments as needed

• Data management including scanning and electronic filing

• Other general duties as may be assigned by your supervisor

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 1-2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or other accounting function

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)

• High attention to detail and "can-do" attitude

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

The Accounts Payable Specialist role is fully onsite in Akron, OH with a salary range of $41,600 - $52,000 depending on experience.
