Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead their accounting operations and provide strategic financial insights. This role combines hands-on accounting oversight with high-level financial analysis and management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
• Manage the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements
• Lead tax preparation and compliance efforts
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports for executive leadership
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
• Manage budgeting and planning processes
• Implement and optimize financial systems and processes
• Supervise and mentor accounting and finance team members
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including team management
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Experience in financial modeling and data analysis
