Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems English Mandatory and Korean ideal We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our HR functions and enhancing the employee experience You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, benefits administration, and more. Have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. As an HR Generalist, you will support initiatives that align with our company's mission and values, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will also work closely with leadership to develop and execute employee recognition programs, support training and development efforts, and facilitate clear, engaging internal communications across the organization. Performance Management: Assist in the employee review process, guide managers on best practices, and support performance improvement initiatives. Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and promote career growth opportunities within the company. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, assist in developing HR policies, and maintain accurate, confidential employee records. Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, answer employee inquiries, and coordinate with vendors to manage offerings effectively.
