Title Test Product Owner Clearance Requirements Secret or Top Secret Certification Requirements 8570/8140 Certification Location Beavercreek, OH Description HumanIT Solutions is seeking a Test Product Owner who applies subject matter knowledge to high level analysis, collection, assessment, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation, and implementation. Resolves problems which require an intimate knowledge of the related technical subject matter, including hands-on technical implementation. Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions. Position Requirements Lead the Test team by managing the following key activities and providing SME expertise with the following tools. Weekly Reviewing weekly test reports, load test progress, and system bugs Identifying action items Prioritizing work Addressing issues/problems with testing release deployments Sharing test results and conducting meetings Per Sprint Update test and technical performance measures (TPMs) metric charts for Sprint Releases, send to Lead Engineer and QA lead, and provide for extended audience accessibility Provide data for test TPM Metrics for Monthly Activity Reports (MARs) and for Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) from Quality initiative metrics Quarterly Provide test management expertise in-person for Planning Review (PRs) Review and prioritize Sprint deliverables Brief test priorities (often > 130 attendees) Support program leadership breakout meetings, test, and tools Annually Provide data for briefing the Interoperability Steering Group (ISG) and Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) board meeting to extend program Interim Certificate to Operate (ICTO) Provide program quad chart submission for the ISG to support interfacing and trading data with Federal and Joint interface partners. As Required Coordinate test resources and prioritize test execution with leadership and implementation team Provide recommendations for addressing situational issues spanning from technical to process-oriented matters Perform specific testing (such as load test) and manage environment resources as required to meet program schedule requirements Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to applications, environments, and releases Work closely with leadership, quality, production support, and development teams to meet objectives Key Tools Load Runner, Locust, Fitnesse, Xray, SQL, Appian, GIT, CodeCommit, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, AWS Cloud, OpenShiftEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five (5) years of relevant experience or 9+ years of relevant experience About the Organization At HumanIT, we are driven by honesty, integrity and hard work.
