Job description

A Tight-Knit Commercial General Contractor in Cleveland is looking for a Project Manager with Diverse Commercial experience ASAP! Project Manager Duties:


  • Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion
  • Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Project Manager Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience working on projects valued up to $10M is preferred but not necessary
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
