Job Description

_ Clinic Practice Setting (2 locations currently open. One would like to see experience/training in Sports Medicine) _
Full-time negotiable schedule
On call 3-4 days per month
10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
Lab onsite
X-Ray onsite
EMR - EPIC
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
_ Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate _
_ Not accepting Locums submissions _
_ Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates _
_ Open to upcoming 2025 graduates (not accepting 2026+ graduates) _

BLS
Board Certified

Additional License Requirements
State experience with required procedures; Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
