Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and the ability to drive business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a client-focused approach.

Location: Onsite in Cuyahoga County, OH

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cost segregation market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate services.
  • Formulate policies and manage daily operations.
  • Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals, and establish training programs for sales representatives.
  • Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential.
  • Manage and mentor staff for growth.
  • Business Development/Sales.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, cost segregation, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven track record of management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
