Heritage Therapy provides high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapies and rehabilitation at many of our communities.

We strive to help patients reach their maximum potential so they can live as independently as possible. Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual's needs.

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our In- House Therapy team ! The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess knowledge in various areas of Physical Therapy

_ Our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, OH is located conveniently by I-77. _

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans

- Provide direct patient care

- Document patient progress accurately and timely.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.

Requirements:

- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist

- Experience in Net Health documentation platform is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week
