Salary Range: $85k - $105k Permanent Position with Benefits 2nd shift 3pm-11pm OR 3rd Shift 11pm-7am We are seeking someone who has worked with CNC, Lathes, Cranes, and molten metals. Preferably someone who would work afternoon or night shift. Person reports directly to the Maintenance Superintendent, plans and assists the Maintenance Superintendent in the development, implementation and adherence to the Maintenance Shop standards. Duties Performed: Duties include supervising and planning work to be performed on all three shifts of the Maintenance Department. Instructs and evaluates employees with emphasis on correct work methods, quality, safety and company policy. Responsible for maintaining housekeeping throughout the Maintenance Department. Minimum Education and Experience: High School Degree is required. Technical, trade school or equivalent four years' experience in maintenance practices in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment with supervisory experience is a plus Required Training: Must understand the use of company's computer applications. Knowledge of the Union/Company labor agreement and Company rules and regulations is required. Required Skills: Must have good mechanical and electrical related skills be able to quickly assess acceptable productivity levels be proficient in blueprint reading, shop math and related diagrams. Must have the ability to plan, direct instruct and discipline the hourly work force. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
