MEDICAL EQUIPMENT PRODUCTION
A well-established medical equipment company in Sharonville that offers a competitive wage and seeking someone to hire on after the temp-to-hire phase.

POSITION DETAILS:
Now hiring for an experienced production assembler. This is a 2nd shift position with training on 1st shift, 4:55am-3:25pm and the 2nd shift hours are 2:55pm-1:25am Monday-Thursday, with starting the pay of $18.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clean-up equipment before shipping
• Place labels on units
• Sub-assembly of small equipment (e.g., creating the top of Hemotherm, placing gaskets around units like Blanketrol, Hemotherm, etc.)
• Document the Device History Records (DHRs)
• Fully assemble several small equipment pieces (Norm-OTemp, Micro-Temp LT, etc.)
• Perform stage 1 assembly operations on large equipment
• Train L1 in their duties and the speed of operations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience with manufacturing
• Intermediate knowledge of hand tools and electronics

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to 10 hours per day.
• Will climb stairs on an occasional basis.
• Will exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift, push or pull on a routine basis.
• Will lift, push or pull up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects repetitively on a frequent basis.
• 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction, is required.
• Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
• May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
• May stoop, kneel, or bend, on a routine basis.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; safety shoes steel toe or other ASTM standard), gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket/vest or apron and arm guards)
