Operations & Maintenance Senior Technician R esponsibilities:

• Diagnose and complete maintenance tasks in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Complete all service issues to the highest quality and efficiency, including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, janitorial, landscaping, and inspections
• Manage and maintain necessary maintenance inventory within established limits to support timely repairs
• Maintain clear, professional communication with team members, residents, and vendors to facilitate efficient and quality-driven task completion
• Collaborate with the O&M Supervisor to prioritize and plan daily tasks based on urgency, skills, and location
• Serve as the primary on-site representative of Uptown Rental Properties, always displaying professionalism and courtesy
• Utilize company resources responsibly, including vehicles, tools, and equipment, maintaining safety and professionalism
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests during scheduled after-hours on-call shifts

Operations & Maintenance Senior Technician Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential maintenance or similar roles
• Skilled in a variety of maintenance areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and resident satisfaction
• Ability to independently prioritize and complete tasks efficiently within established timeframes
• Problem-solving ability and a results-oriented mindset
