We are looking for an experienced and energetic BCBA for our brand new state-of-the art Mayfield Village Clinic.

BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) at On Target ABA work as valued members of our teams to provide high quality Applied Behavior Analysis evaluation, therapy, and consultation services for our clients, as well as ongoing support and supervision for their team members and the families they serve. Our services are provided at our clinics (Mayfield Village , Worthington, and Columbus) as well as in schools, client homes, and community environments throughout Greater Cleveland, Akron, and Columbus. At On Target ABA, our organizational framework offers a strong network of support and collaboration from both operations and clinical leadership teams.

On Target ABA recently moved into its new state-of-the-art flagship center. Our new space boasts:
A 2,500 gross motor room replete with a custom jungle gym, sensory swings and toys, custom climbing equipment and gross motor and riding toys

Job Responsibilities:
Administer multiple types of assessments across multiple learning domains, including but not limited to the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS and Essentials for Living
Design, implement, modify, and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans for clients on caseload based on assessment results
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and/or functional analyses of problem behavior and develop behavior intervention plans as needed
Document progress on goals by designing and implementing data collection procedures in order to inform treatment modifications from data-based decisions
Regularly review client-related documentation and data collection, providing feedback to team members as needed
Instruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn and improve functional activities
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians in Verbal Behavior and ABA techniques
Maintain ongoing communication with parents and caregivers, including the provision of training and instruction on behavioral strategies and implementing ABA teaching methods in the home
Create and submit scheduled progress reports to insurance providers
Conduct fidelity checks and performance reviews for supervised staff, providing coaching and feedback as indicated
Participate in mentoring future BCBAs
Other related duties as assigned or requested

Job Requirements:
Master's Degree in Education, Speech and Language Pathology, ABA, Psychology or related field
Board Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in good standing with the BACB
COBA certification (or willingness to become certified within 30 days)
Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA practices and adherence to the policies
Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code
Experience working with children and/or adults with autism, and experience administering the ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS and/or Essentials for Living
Strong written and oral communication along with strong interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 lbs and be comfortable spending time on your feet

Education

Required
Masters degree in Education, Pscyhology, SLP or Applied Behavior Analysis related field
BCBA certification
COBA certification (soon to become COBAs may apply)
