Temp-to-Hire Collections Attorney - Cleveland, Ohio

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented Collections Attorney to support a fast-paced law firm client in Cleveland, Ohio, 44114. This full-time W2 Contractor Temp-to-Hire role offers the opportunity to convert into a permanent position with a great company culture. Apply today if you meet the minimum qualifications outlined below. The hourly pay rate for this role is $35-$40 (approximately $72,800-$83,200 annually.)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex legal and factual issues related to complex commercial and real estate collections.
  • Manage caseload from start to finish, including drafting pleadings and representing clients in various court proceedings, including mediation, status conferences, and motion hearings.
  • Develop effective legal strategies and maintain strong communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • Actively licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association
  • 2+ years of recent complex commercial collections and real estate collections experience working in a US law firm
  • Ability to work full-time, onsite in Cleveland, OH, and represent clients in court
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision



Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
