Responsibilities:


  • Handle a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance on complex real estate matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence pertaining to commercial real estate issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with other legal professionals and support staff within the firm.

Requirements:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Ohio State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.
  • Proven track record of handling various commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
