Additionally, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support our operations.

Field Services Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate maintenance requests with field technicians.
• Track and manage work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Use Yardi software to process, update, and maintain service requests.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.
• Assist in maintaining records of maintenance activities and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Field Services Representative Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within property management or facilities maintenance.
• Proficiency in Yardi software is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
