$5000 Sign on Bonus

UMCH Family Services is seeking a full-time licensed Clinical Supervisor for our Intensive Home-Based Therapy team. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services. Visit our website at:

Position Summary

The position is responsible for the oversight of the clinical services provided as part of the Intensive Home-Based Therapy program. These services are delivered in the office, home, schools and other community settings. The Clinical Supervisor directly supervises the IHBT Clinicians and QMHS staff. The supervisor may also carry a small caseload.

This position requires that the person has demonstrated leadership skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, comfortable to work with diverse populations. Must have the ability for critical thinking, independent judgment and the ability to adequately cope with crisis stress.

Continuing Education
Paid training in Evidence Based and Trauma Informed Practices is provided

Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work/Counseling or related field
Child mental health experience preferred
Must have strong documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with families and treatment partners
Licensure as an LISW/LPCC
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
Supervisory designation preferred and with at least 5 years of experience and solid knowledge of community resources.

Required License: Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board Licensure Required Education: Master's Degree

Conditions of Employment:

Ability to pass a child protective services check with the previous State(s) of U.S. residence for the last five years.

Ability to pass a tuberculosis screening, work-readiness physical and drug screen prior to employment.

Ability to pass a Federal and State Fingerprinting Background Check both prior to employment and per the schedule outlined by HR thereafter.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
