OVERVIEW OF THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE:

  • Sit at the front desk and answer phones.
  • Take messages and transfer calls.
  • Greet customers.
  • Handle data entry for the accounting department.
  • Ad-hoc projects within accounting & administration.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED FOR THE RECEPTIONIST:

  • Good communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Solid data entry and computer skills
  • Strong customer services
  • Friendly and flexible to help where needed
