Senior On-Site Service Specialist (Managed Services Onsite)
Columbus, OH (onsite)

Overview: Temporary position starting immediately. The role involves reception duties, including visitor management, phone call transfers, and minimal mail sorting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high volume copy machines, document imaging systems, and mail management systems.
• Perform binding, finishing work, and copier maintenance; ensure copiers are working properly.
• Manage office supplies, and sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
• Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventories; calculate charges and maintain billing logs.
• Provide reception services, including directing visitors, answering calls, and coordinating service requests.
• Perform light building maintenance, meeting room setups, and occasional cleaning duties.
• Use various office equipment, including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, and bindery equipment.
• May require travel between customer buildings and occasional overtime.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, PC, and organizational skills.
• Mathematical and filing skills; ability to use office machines and technical equipment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform tasks like standing, walking, and bending.
