Accounts Payables Clerk Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Clerk will process invoices into the accounting system and obtain necessary approvals.
• Accounts Payable Clerk will print and batch checks
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Use Excel resources to assist reporting AR discrepancies
• Assist with related special projects, as required

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED for the Accounts Payables Clerk

• General Excel skills
• Must have proven ability to learn quickly
• Relevant Accounts Payable experience
• Attention to detail

On-site
Salary $41,000-52,000
Hours: 20-25 hours weekly, Fridays off
