Sales Director Global Manufacturing



Salary Up to $235,000 + Bonuses + Benefits + Expenses + Paid Relocation to Oklahoma

Y ou will develop and implement effective strategies for product sales across all product categories to National and Regional End Users. You will be responsible for continuing to grow volume and top-line revenue within your territory by providing the highest customer quality, technical support, and service.



We need a Sales Director who has a competitive mentality & can travel up to 50% to visit current accounts and potential customers. We need someone that has background in selling products to the Oil and Gas industry (mainly pipeline).



You will need to lead, teach, and coach the sales and technical teams all over the Western Hemisphere. This position will be responsible for meeting sales volumes and pricing budgets. You will also develop, review, and communicate established selling prices for this region. You will meet sales/distribution expense budgets and analyze monthly.



We need a Sales Director who can build on the existing strategies to develop capabilities within the company to drive profitable growth through the distribution channel and inside sales. We need someone who can provide commercial and operational leadership to the sales and support team.


Must be able develop professional sales capabilities to exceed customer and business expectations


Enable and empower the team to deliver superior business results


Oversee strategic distributor accounts and build strong relationships excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills


Must be able to travel the region


Excellent verbal, written communications, and presentation skills


Must be a self-starter, highly motivated.



Minimum requirements for this Sales Director position include:


Bachelors degree mandatory


At least 10 years in sales and sales management


Would like someone out of the Oil and Gas industry supply product to pipeline industry


Experience leading a team in Manufacturing sales is a must


Ability to travel up to 50% of the time


Must be willing to relocate to Oklahoma.
