Job description

Education requirement:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

    Qualifications:

  • Must have 3-5 years of documentation and some technical writing experience

  • Proofreading and documentation review

  • Compliance review

  • Attention to detail, and strong communication skills

  • 3-5 Years of experience in related science of manufacturing

  • Proficient in word, excel, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food manufacturing

    Preferred:

  • Manufacturing industry experience

    Senior Documentation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Directly participate in a Quality Systems Remediation Program, with the primary responsibility being the creation of high-quality written content and attention to detail

  • Required to proofread, prepare, create, review, edit, and update Quality and Sanitation including, but not limited to: SOPs, work/testing instructions

  • Understands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job; has awareness of chemical functionality and cleaning practices that may occur in their area of responsibility

  • Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with internal business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices; build productive internal working relationships

  • Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users

  • Carries out duties in compliance with established sanitation and compliance policies

  • Adapt rapidly to a changing industry and be able to adjust responsibilities, time and objectives accordingly

  • Prepares, edits, files, assembles documentation such as forms, SOPs, records, or correspondence

  • Maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological and/or subject filing system

  • Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping; locates and removes file material upon request
