Description

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of multiple projects measured by client satisfaction, schedule, budget, quality and safety.

Develop and maintain Business Plan's and oversee the projects, manage the owner relationship, and project management and field staff.

Provides coordination, direction, control and leadership on projects as the primary contact for the owner, design department, and the project staff.

Ensure quality and timely execution of design/build projects from design to completion

Our Project Executive will work with marketing, pre-construction services, business unit leaders, and operations to oversee and manage these phases: Scheduling, subcontractor buyout, cost reporting, preparation of subcontracts, the handling of owner coordination, and project closeout.

This role will also allow the opportunity to mentor and manage multiple Project Managers and Engineers and have overall responsibility for these projects

Profile

  • Proficient at leading a successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
  • Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
  • Complete knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.
  • Proficient at leading a successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
