Title: Showroom Lighting Sales Rep

Job Duties:

- Assist customers in selecting lighting fixtures and associated products

- Process quotes and orders accurately and efficiently

- Communicate product complaints with vendors and timely resolution of customer complaints or issues

- Answer inbound phone calls and walk-in sales from both retail and commercial accounts

- Work in a team environment to resolve issues regarding order fulfillment, returns, replacement orders and inventory discrepancies

- Assist with the monthly inventory process

- Create and maintain long term and repeated sales relationships with customers

- Keep informed of new products and services of interest to customers

- Help assist with Counter sales

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Customer/client focus with 2 years of customer service experience

- 3 years inside sales experience preferred with experience and/or lighting industry

- Effective listener and superior problem solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Self-motivated, results driven and strong work ethic

- Willingness to embrace and implement best sales practices and exceed customer expectations

- Good presentation and organizational skills with precise attention to detail

- Strong decision making skills, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

- Computer proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Internet and multi-line phone systems
