Job description

Our client is seeking a Visual Specialist is responsible for the execution of visual presentations for each floor set based on current company strategy set by cross functional leadership. Additional support includes visual merchandising for monthly concept meetings, virtual merchandising, and special one-off projects.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years' experience with visual merchandising

  • BA Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Art or equivalent experience

  • Experience in Window operating system and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

    Responsibilities:

  • Supports the visual merchandising team by helping to story tell brand elevating visual merchandising presentations to drive traffic and conversion.

  • Executes creative concepts, seasonal floor sets, product launches, tests, and other special projects.

  • Assists and prioritizes multiple projects for the Visual Manager to meet all visual/marketing milestones.

  • Delivers consistent innovative and merchandising solutions that improve the in-store experience, drive traffic, and meets Brand objectives.

  • Stays current with fashion, beauty, interior, and competitive trends via market patterning in order to create new and innovative thinking.

  • Visits stores to understand the customer needs in order to identify go-forward opportunities.

  • 90% of job responsibility will require virtual store design programing and developing in-store visual merchandising for select store formats
