As the Customer Operations Coordinator, you will oversee customer relationships, manage shipping and customs clearances, and coordinate with vendors and offshore manufacturing facilities. You will be the primary point of contact for our 200+ customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient order fulfillment. As the Customer Operations Coordinator, you will: Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for 200+ existing customers, building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Shipping & Customs: Arrange all shipping and manage customs clearances, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products. Vendor & Manufacturing Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and offshore manufacturing facilities to ensure seamless production and delivery processes. Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment or mailing of products. Order Processing: Oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and accurately. QuickBooks (Preferred): Experience with QuickBooks is a plus for managing invoicing, tracking expenses, and monitoring financials related to customer orders. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five plus years experience in logistics, shipping, and customs clearance. Ability to manage multiple customers and vendors effectively required. Two years experience with offshore manufacturing coordination is a plus. Understanding of ISO9001and13485standards for medical device suppliers, distributors, and brokers preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar financial software strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships.
