Job Summary: DDC-IT Services is seeking an Information Assurance Specialist to support the NETCOM COMSAT/MILSAT (SATCOM) Services Ft. Huachuca Regional Hub Node, as an Information Assurance Specialist for the U.S. Army Network Technology Command (NETCOM) in the Sierra Vista, Arizona area. We are seeking energetic, detailed-oriented individuals that have a desire to meet the demands of and maintain the security accreditation requirements. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Understands RMF assessment and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation packages Proper execution of the appropriate verification methods for requirements/controls Proper execution of security tools and test methods identified (DISA SCAP, SRR) Perform proper analysis of testing results/vulnerabilities and STIG implementation Perform development and oversight of POA&M Review documentation as applicable to RMF security controls Experience with developing and managing RMF packages using eMASS Ability to provide an independent assessment RMF security controls and supporting documentation Ensure security controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and are producing the desired outcome This position requires interaction with customers within the Army community Maintains current knowledge of industry standard Information Assurance best practices Participates in special projects as required Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Must have an active Secret clearance Understanding of RMF Knowledge and use of eMass Undersanding of DISA, STIGs, and VDPs Good communication skills 5+ years Information Assurance experience Understanding of SIPR and NIPR network Authority to Operates (ATOs) Understanding of RMF processes and requirements for NIPR and SIPR Certification Rerequirements: IAT Level II or IAM Level III Education Requirements: BS (Will also consider years of experience.)
