Job description

Job Summary: The Training Content Developer will contribute to an implementation strategy that maps milestones to strategic learning goals by formulating learning objectives, plans, designs, and methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness. They will develop curricula, course outlines, instructional methods, training aids, manuals, and other materials and products. The Content Developer will work closely with SMEs and the customer to develop eLearning modules and written training material in direct support of the implementation strategy. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Required Experience: Collaborating with technical SMEs in order to turn technical information into effective learning content Instructional design and curriculum development Adobe Captivate Using content management systems (CMS), basic HTML, and Microsoft Office applications Curriculum Development/Instructional Design in a technical environment Storyboarding for eLearning or multimedia content Developing high quality interactive eLearning modules Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Items that are not required but would be a plus: Bachelor's degree Experience with Agile methodologies Experience in DoD or Federal Government space, particularly USAF myLearning Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance 5-10 Years of experience Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, organize and prioritize numerous tasks Ability to work independently, managing competing workloads and demands, and adapt to changing priorities
