Job description

As a Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of vertical build projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the construction processes.

Description

  • Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
  • Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
  • Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates
  • Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration
  • Assist with pre-qualification process for bidders, develop and solicit responses to RFP's/RFQ's, assist the owner in selecting the appropriate project delivery method
  • Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals
  • Assit with interview process and onboarding of new and potential employees
  • Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
  • Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders

Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in Construction Project Management or as a Project Executive
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical
  • Have experience in multiple fields of construction
  • Experience working on projects over $25 Million
  • Working knowledge of construction technology and details
  • Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
  • Bring Business Development Opportunities to the team

  • Experience leading a team of Project Managers and field staff at all levels
