Apogee Engineering is seeking a Enterprise Agile Strategist for a new Digital Materiel Management (DMM) team to help revolutionize the model-based systems, architectural, and data landscape for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate, located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. What you'll be doing: Serve as the Enterprise Agile Strategist for the ISR & SOF Directorate's (WI) Digital Materiel Management (DMM) team Work closely with the Program Executive Office and Senior Material Leaders to shape, create, and implement WI's DMM vision, communicate its intent, and value across the Directorate Provide expert-level issue resolution, programmatic, and technical support Support with analyzing, designing, and developing Directorate-level solutions focusing on streamlining processes across all aspects of the organization to include programmatic strategies that enable a digital acceleration and transformation of tools and processes Lead the analysis and communication of organizational trends impacting operational deliveries within Enterprise and commercial partner relationships; support qualified findings and formulate recommendations and collective action items driving positive impacts and sustainable results Advise leadership on both big-picture and tactical DMM matters, focusing on how technology opportunities can enable a wide range of value-based outcomes Leverage resources across the DoD and commercial entities to formulate and implement innovative strategies and best practices to resolve the most challenging issues Support with the planning, designing, implementation, and delivering of training to familiarize the Directorate with new processes and tools, and coach a consistent culture of digital advancement Guide and advise leadership on the alignment of DMM and IT strategies with operational requirements; establish and implement roadmaps enabling the integration and implementation of innovative technical solutions Drive change initiatives that posture the ISR & SOF Directorate for future growth and transformation by forging new working relationships with external partners to recognize synergies and streamline DoD-wide processes Assist in milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation and staff coordination, metric assessment, and roadmap development Provide advisory and draft documentation support for the creation of decision documentation, support to program briefings, assistance in scheduling management, Serve in an advisory role in management reviews and coordination of activities leading to milestone reviews Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining innovation strategies, processes, best practices, and tools Support to build and adjust dashboards, flows and other technology-related actions to help drive innovative processes/solutions for the ISR & SOF Enterprise, resulting in faster, better digital materiel acquisition processes and execution Minimum Experience Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance Education: High School Diploma Years of experience: 22 years of experience with 8 supporting the DoD including: Experience managing Agile-based acquisition and development programs Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, model use cases, user stories, and business process documentation Experience with Digital Materiel Management including models, structured data, and infrastructure Preferred Experience: Education and Experience: Master's degree and at least 14 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years supporting the DoD OR Bachelor's degree and at least 16 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years supporting the DoD Benefits: Apogee offers two medical plans: a high-deductible health plan with an HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military, and jury duty paid leaves.
