Job Summary BlueHalo is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join its Department of the Air Force (DAF) Intelligence Services Division. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and extensive experience in program management, with a deep understanding of processes that drive successful team performance. Reporting directly to the Division Vice President, this role oversees the entire portfolio of projects from start to finish. By working closely with customers to understand their needs and managing project portfolios, the Senior Program Manager plays a crucial role in expanding BlueHalo's mission support to Armed Forces and Intelligence Community customers. Responsibilities Project Management Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor and manage project progress, milestones, and deliverables, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies Coordinate regular meetings and progress updates with the Division PMO team to ensure alignment and address concerns Monitor and manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts Communication and Stakeholder Management Establish effective communication channels with customers to understand their needs and maintain customer relationships Establish effective communication channels with subcontractors, primes, and internal stakeholders Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of project materials and services Operational Excellence and Strategic Initiatives Coordinate resource allocation and optimization in collaboration with the PMO Team and other staff members Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and lessons learned Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, DevSecOps, automation, AI/ML, and project management Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM or Program Management discipline Experience Minimum 10 years of experience with 5 years managing technical programs Experience developing and presenting schedule, financial, and/or technical briefings Experience with/understanding of DoD contracting and acquisition process Familiarity with software agile development principles Skills Excellent communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to effectively resolve challenging technical problems Proven ability to perform under the stress of frequent interruptions and/or distractions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Security Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold current TS/SCI eligibility Desired Qualifications Experience managing Analysis, Software Development, and R&D projects for DoD and IC customers MS or advanced degree in an engineering/program management field Experience with business intelligence reporting (e.g., PowerBI) and Microsoft Project Familiarity with MASINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and all-source intelligence analysis Formal training/certification in software agile development principles Currently holds TS/SCI with CI Poly
