Well-established practice located in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in our 8-county community.

Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians
Option for 75% telehealth (EX: 8-hr days/2 days in office, 10-hr days/1 day in office)
Joining 3 psychiatrists, 3 advanced practitioners
One psychologist, 7 counselors, full support staff and leadership support
Flexibility to choose outpatient age preference, focus, remote work and preferred hours
Primarily outpatient (95%) with inpatient call (5%)
1:6 inpatient phone call during weekdays, 1:6 inpatient rounding on weekends
9-bed inpatient unit, ages 18 and older
Base salary, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer
Practice and team dedicated to supporting you
Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations
